PROGRAM GOALS
This program is designed for prescribers who work with people who use drugs. The program will help prescribers work with community providers to transition clients from hospital to community-based care.

Welcome, Introduction, and Announcements – 3 minutes
Didactic Presentation – 25 minutes
Case Discussion – 45 minutes
Addressing Outstanding Questions and Session Wrap-Up – 2 minutes
