PROGRAM GOALS

ECHO Leading Wellness is a free virtual education and capacity building program that aims to train and support wellness leads across Ontario so they can better plan, launch, and operate initiatives to support the wellness of healthcare workers at their organization.

PROGRAM INFO

Location: Zoom Videoconferencing

Time: 2:00PM to 3:00PM EST 

Length: 8 sessions
(February 8 – April 4, 2024)

When: Weekly on Thursday Afternoons

Target Audience: Ontario-based Wellness Leaders

  2. Development of Wellness Initiatives – Planning and Implementation
  3. Responding to Crisis Situations.
  4. Engagement & Organization Culture.
  5. Frameworks & Joy in Work.
  6. Evaluation Strategies
  7. Peer Mentorship.
  8. SOARing and Sustaining: Lessons Learned from the Spokes.
