PROGRAM GOALS

ECHO Leading Wellness is a free virtual education and capacity building program that aims to train and support wellness leads across Ontario so they can better plan, launch, and operate initiatives to support the wellness of healthcare workers at their organization.

Location: Zoom Videoconferencing

Time: 2:00PM to 3:00PM EST 

Length: 6 sessions
(November 9 – December 14 2023)

When: Weekly on Thursday Afternoons

Target Audience: Ontario-based Wellness Leaders

Didactic Presentation, Q+A – 20 minutes

Personal Experiences – 33 minutes

Session Wrap-Up – 2 minutes
