Integrated Mental and Physical Health

PROGRAM GOALS

ECHO Ontario Integrated Mental and Physical Health aims to:

(1) Explore assessment and management of mental health conditions that are complicated by physical health concerns;

(2) Integrate information from clinical guidelines to effectively prioritize care issues;

(3) Discuss prescribing challenges and optimal medication management for patients with co-occurring mental and physical health conditions; and

(4) Assist patients who are experiencing functional impairment due to co-occurring mental and physical health concerns.

Location: Zoom Videoconferencing

Time: 12:00PM to 1:15PM EST

Length: 12 Sessions (January 10, 2025 – March 28, 2025 & June 2025 – August 2025)

When: Friday Afternoons (Weekly)
