Dr. Allison Crawford, MD, FRCPC, PhD

Dr. Allison Crawford is co-Chair of ECHO Ontario Mental Health.  She is a psychiatrist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, University of Toronto, where she is the Director of the Northern Psychiatric Outreach Program and Telepsychiatry at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. She has worked as a psychiatrist in Nunavut for 10 years.  Her research focus is on outreach and transcultural psychiatry, including: issues related to access and equity; cultural safety; collaborative and community-based care; and technology.

Current projects include: consulting to Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami, with the Mental Health Commission of Canada, to create a Canadian National Inuit Suicide Prevention Strategy; and developing online educational resources on Inuit cultural safety and trauma-informed care ( She is on the Scientific Advisory Group to the Arctic Council, and consults to the Inuit Circumpolar Council.

Linda Mohri, MSW, RSW

Ms. Linda Mohri is the Vice President Acute Care Program, Child, Youth, and Emerging Adult Program at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. With Honours Bachelor of Arts and Master of Social degrees from the University of Toronto, Linda has a 20+ year history of providing clinical and administrative leadership in healthcare. In her current role, she has led a number of major initiatives focused on improving access to mental health care: the establishment of Access CAMH, which provides centralized intake for 20,000+ ambulatory referrals, and a telephone information line; and the redevelopment of the Gerald Sheff and Shanitha Kachan Emergency Department at CAMH, Ontario’s only specialized mental health emergency department.

Linda is the lead for Telepsychiatry expansion at CAMH, and Co-Chair of ECHO Ontario Mental Health at CAMH and the University of Toronto, both of which focus on using technology to increase access to care for underserved areas of the province. As the lead for CAMH’s ALC work, which included the creation of successful hospital/community partnerships resulting in the transition of 50+ long-stay ALC patients, Linda is also active in local and provincial ALC initiatives.

Dr. Sanjeev Sockalingam, MD, FRCPC, MHPE

Dr. Sanjeev Sockalingam is the Deputy Psychiatrist-in-Chief at the Centre for Mental Health and a Psychiatrist in the Medical Psychiatry Program at the University Health Network. He is also the Director of the Toronto Western Hospital Bariatric Surgery Psychosocial Program. At the University of Toronto, Dr. Sockalingam is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and the Director of Continuing Practice and Professional Development. In this role, he is focused on the interface of continuing professional development and quality improvement to enhance psychiatric care and patient outcomes.

He is also the Undergraduate Faculty Lead and Director of Curriculum Renewal for the Medical Psychiatry Alliance. Dr. Sockalingam's research has focused on medical education and also on the interface between psychiatric illness and medical conditions, such as obesity, delirium and liver disease.

Dr. Javed Alloo

Dr. Javed Alloo is a community based family doctor in Toronto, focused on helping patients adapt and cope with mental health and chronic disease management, with special interest in mindfulness based and cognitive behavioural approaches. Recognizing that the ability to achieve better health, or provide it to others, depends on a combination of emotional, cognitive and physical resiliency, he works to support the adaptiveness of the patients, clinicians and health organizations he works with.

Dr.Alloo's efforts to nurture that capacity for change extends from individual clinical care to health system pathways, organizational culture shift and industry.

Dr. Greg Lodenquai MD, FRCP(C)

Dr. Greg Lodenquai is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. The Psychiatrist in Chief for the George Hull Centre for Children and Families and a Consultant to the Hospital for Sick Children's Tele-Link Mental Health Program.


Fiona Inglis, MI, MA

Fiona Inglis is a librarian at the Centre for Addiction & Mental Health. In addition to her reference, research, and instruction activities, she is also the embedded librarian on the hub teams for both ECHO Ontario Mental Health and ECHO Ontario Addiction Medicine & Psychosocial Interventions. She holds a Master of Information degree from the University of Toronto, and a Master of Applied Linguistics from the University of Leicester.  Prior to becoming a librarian, she worked in universities across Canada as a faculty member, instructor, course developer, and researcher.

Director, Outreach, Telemental Health and ECHO Ontario Mental Health at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH).


Anne Kirvan, MSW, RSW

Anne is the Clinical Telepsychiatry Coordinator at CAMH and is a clinical member of ECHO Ontario Mental Health's hub and operations teams. As a social worker specialized in mental health and addictions, Anne acts as a clinical consultant contributing to the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of ECHO Ontario Mental Health and CAMH Telepsychiatry, while also helping to bridge the two services.
